1.1 What is your Return Policy?
Our return policy is for 30 days after purchase you can exchange or gain store credit. If the items is a sale item, it is FINAL sale.
1.2 Do you ever do Full Refund Returns?
We like to help you find an exchange to replace the item or store credit for returns. BUT within 14 days if there is a real issue or if it's your first time purchasing with us we'd love to work with you. Contact us at [email protected] or call us at 281-552-7540
1.3 How do we handle online returns?
Once you contact us we will email you a return label for you to print. After we receive the item, we will issue store credit or if you worked out an exchange we will mail you your new item.
2.1 Are your clothes true to size?
Here at Wildflower Threads we have multiple vendors and with those vendors they also use different fabrics and materials, this being said it's hard to say. Some are, but some might not be. We try to give you as much info in the product description to understand the product. We also upload try on videos to explain the fit and details of the product. 2.2 How can we get more information on fit and sizing?
In our products description section we have the model info whos wearing the product, the material used in thee fabric, the washing instructions, and a try on video. If one of the products lack this information in the description, please contact us and we will get all the specifications you need to complete your purchase.
2.3 Do yall carry sizes XL, 2X or 3X?
In some styles we do carry XL, 2X or 3X. Most of our styles for the time being, is small-large. But we do carry styles from XL-2X. Some of our graphic tees also go to extended sizes. This being said, we do carry a various amount of vendors and materials where you can either size up or down depending on the fit. We try to cram as much information, including try on videos, in the product description to help you see if that product is the right fit for you.
2.4 Do you carry XS?
Some of our products do come in XS but not most. We do carry denim in size 0. 3.1 Is everything online also in yalls store front?
Yes! Everything that is online is coming from our store front. But everything in our storefront isn't all online. We will continue to keep adding items and strive to get every item online. Follow us on social media @bewildmyflower if you want to see other items that might not be online yet.
3.2 Where is your store front located?
We located in Downtown Katy, Texas. We are right in the heart of Katy and are surrounded by cute antique shops, boutiques and cafes. Come say Hi!

4.1 Do you gift wrap?
Yes, just let us know in the comments at checkout if you want us to and if you want to leave a message.
4.2 Do you offer online gift cards?
Yes, we do! They are located right here. You can choose whether its a physical card for a local gal or an online code. If it's for use online, you can purchase it and then whoever you want us to send it to we will email them a discount code to use that never expires.
5.1 How much is shipping?
Shipping will cost you $4 if its under $50 but all orders over $50 is free.
5.2 How long will it take for my order to ship?
We try to get our orders out as soon as possible. If the order is placed Tuesday-Saturday before 5pm it will go out the day of or next. If the order is placed on a Saturday Night-Monday the item will not ship until Tuesday or Wednesday. This is due to our storefront being closed Sunday & Monday. If its an emergency, contact us and we are sure to help you out as much as we can.
After the package ships, the order can take from 2-8 days to get to you.
5.3 What mail service do you use to ship?
We use USPS to ship your packages to you. We also supply you with a tracking number that will show you where your package is from when it leaves our store to your front door.
5.4 Why hasn't my tracking number updated?
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update after your package is scanned by the carrier. We use USPS they have different protocols for how/when a package is scanned into their system. Once it is scanned, your tracking number will update. If your tracking number has not updated in 48 hours, please let us know and we'll see what we can find out for you.
5.5 My tracking number states my package was delivered but I can't find it anywhere. What should I do?
We use USPS and they have been very good at helping us find packages. During this time, mailing services have been busier than ever so please have patience with them and we are sure they will get your package to you as soon as possible. Once you have your tracking info, they have a number you can contact them to help you find your package. Once the package is sent, it is out of our hands. We can do as much as we can to help you contact them and search for your missing package.
5.6 If I am a Local, can I pick up my package in store?
Of course! If you're local at check out you can pick curbside pickup instead of shipping, please call us at 281-552-7540 or send us an email at [email protected] We can coordinate with you when your item will be available to pick up at our store in Katy, Texas. Please reach out to us before you show up in order to ensure that your order is ready and available for pick up.

Try to reach us as soon as possible! If the item as shipped, we will have to address it like a return. If not, no problem. Just call us at 281-552-7540 or email us at [email protected] to address this problem.
